What makes TRIGHTYMITE different? A few things to understand working with us is we aren't the typical rental house offering only what is shown in a catalog. We don't conform to the standard practice of most in the wedding and event industry by playing on the emotions to justify over inflated costs .
Our inventory is décor based. Lighting, linens, draping, backdrops, murals, theme props & floral. Our inventory is only limited by the imagination. All the cool things we like to think and not the boring stuff like tables and chairs. Yet tables and chairs are necessary. We work with a rental house for items not in our inventory. We do not pad their prices. The cost is passed directly to the client on a separate invoice. As a courtesy service we work with the rental company on your behalf handling all but the payment. The definition of "CUSTOM" Everything with do is custom. By definition of the word “Custom” is “The customer gets what they want.” It does not mean “Expensive”. We are committed to designing unique, personalized events and ensuring total client satisfaction, therefore a limited number of clients are maintained. It is highly recommended to book your party or event long in advance; it is not uncommon for clients to book a year or more in advance. "I'm on a budget" but are you really? We have become conditioned to think anything custom will be expensive and so we settle by renting the same items countless others already have. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard “Oh I didn’t inquiry because it just looked too expensive”. How does one know they can’t afford if they don’t ask? |
